Your account and preferences

NZFlightWatch stores your sign-in identifier, email address, optional name, selected airports, destination regions, budget and trip preferences, email consent, and membership status to provide your account and relevant alerts.

Sign-in and payments

Supabase verifies your email using a one-time code. NZFlightWatch uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and does not store a password. Stripe handles checkout and card details; NZFlightWatch stores billing identifiers and subscription status.

Email alerts

Your alert choice is saved when you submit your preferences. Resend delivers alerts; your email address and matching flight alert content are passed to Resend. Delivery records help prevent duplicate alerts. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can change preferences or turn alerts off in your account. Turning off email alerts does not cancel a paid membership. Future renewals can be cancelled separately through Billing.

Storage and account requests

NZFlightWatch is responsible for the account information described here. Our hosting, authentication, payment and email providers may process information outside New Zealand. Contact us if you need details about a provider or how your information is handled.

We retain account information while it is needed to provide your membership. You may request access, correction or account deletion using the contact below. We verify the request before changing or releasing information. Records needed for payment obligations, disputes, security or preventing unwanted email may need to be retained after account closure. We review these purposes when handling a closure request; deletion is not an automatic promise to erase legally required records or provider backups immediately.

Service improvement

We record signed-in deal clicks and feedback you submit, including price mismatch and self-reported bookings, to improve the service. We do not treat these as verified bookings. Cloudflare-backed hosting stores account and flight-search records. Contact our team for data requests.
